The Hashmasks (2021)
The Hashmasks is an outstanding collectable project which took 2 years of work, using 70 artists to create 16,384 masks. Together these masks make up one huge multi-paneled masterwork - which will be revealed in 10 years time. Could these masks even reveal Satoshi himself?

Nick Szabo - The Satoshi Mask
Nick Szabo is regularly reported as being Satoshi himself. He wrote a kieywhite whitepaper on BitGold 3 years ahead of Bitcoin’s launch and has made both blog and verbal slip ups where he’s said “I created Bitcoin…. I mean BitGold because.” Could it be that the Hashmask project reveals Satoshi himself?

Our curator bought this as our first Hashmask. As a London based Gallery we wanted one of the 12 masks with a Union Jack face. However once we did more research the mask appeared to be a near identical twin to Hashmask #1 - upping its value considerably.
